Working experience as an L2 Support Engineer
Experience with Cloud Infrastructure
Experience with open tracing standards
Understanding of standard ITSM processes (log and report incidents/problem)
At least Intermediate level of English
Readiness for night shifts

Knowledge of GCP tools (Google Cloud Armor, Google Security Command Center, Google IAM)
Working experience with Kubernetes
Basic knowledge of Stackdriver, Grafana, Gitlab
Experience with Ivanti Incident Management
Understanding of MQTT & HTTPS
Experience with Kiali Service Mesh and configuration



Providing 2nd level technical support services on a 24/7 basis
Securing that the agreed levels of service are met according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Monitoring of Infrastructure and Integrations to other systems
Incident and escalation reporting

Creating and updating support and maintenance related documentation
