> Hey there! So let’s just start here: you`re a perfect fit if you have at least 2 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Project Manager or Product Owner;
> You know what to do and you don’t need to be micromanaged: you`re a self-starter and you get things done.
> You know how to discover the underlying ‘why`s’ of a problem, ideate potential solutions and make sure you find the right one that’s valuable and feasible at the same time. Admittedly, you can clearly articulate and document things.
> Terms like Project Management, QA and Data Analysis aren`t new to you, and therefore you`re able to confidently communicate with different departments and their team members;
> Your English level is simply exceptional which means that you`re a master of both written and spoken craft (you`re likely B2 or even cooler);
> Tech-savviness is something that you`re proud of: you possess knowledge of system design and integration, have the ability to dive really deep into a system, its interface, and technical documentation, and you also have experience in database-driven Web applications;
> Over the course of years in IT, you’ve gained a solid understanding of SDLC from inside-out: you know the difference between Waterfall, Agile and Lean development processes;
> And finally, you do understand business needs and your method of thinking is highly analytical: you’re able to differentiate between POCs, MVPs, Objectives, Key Results, and Initiatives;
> It’s great if you have experience working in a Start-up, Product company or on a long-running large project, maybe even a B2B SaaS;
> We wouldn’t even doubt that you`re skilled in working with Slack, Confluence, Jira, and Invision, and it`d also be great if you`re following the trends and could educate the team on using tools & techniques that would boost our productivity;
> An amazing benefit would be if you have ever had experience in a client-facing role like sales, customer success, customer support or any other role at a Contact Center;
> Business or IT-related education is a neat bonus too: Business Administration, Economics, Management, Computer Science, etc.;
> Hey, and let us know if you`re familiar with any complex systems: Salesforce, ZenDesk, payment providers like Stripe, any 3d-party API integrations — that`d be super helpful too.
