+ At least 2 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or management consultant; or in a process-oriented position in a medium to large enterprise (e.g. management, operations)
+ Strong communication and analytical skills;
+ Experience in gathering and documenting requirements for IT products or projects;
+ Ability to confidently communicate with team members;
+ Very good English communication skills (both written and spoken).
+ Experience working in a Product company or on a long-running large project;
+ Skilled in working with Confluence and Jira;
+ Some experience in a client-facing role;
+ Call Center or customer support experience;
+ Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile project management;
+ Business or IT-related education (such as Business Administration, Economics, Management, Computer Science, etc.).

+ Analyze and coordinate product requirements with the product owner, document and present them (ProductBoard, Confluence, Jira);
