Conducting of the full cycle of the recruitment process:
creation of the description of the vacancies and posting it on various resources, including the corporate website and social media;
conducting the active search based on the certain criteria;
working with the existing inner and own personal databases;
active communicative with the developers and performing references analysis;
conducting HR interviews;
organizing technical interviews;
completing the on-boarding procedure.
