Required skills:

  • 3+ years of experience as Sales/Business Development Manager;
  • Proven record of working with platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork;
  • Strong understanding of the full-cycle sales process for outsource and outstaff;
  • Accurate and up-to-date work with CRM;
  • Excellent communication and negotiations skills;
  • Strong at multitasking and prioritization;
  • Analytical thinking;
  • Understanding of the SDLC;
  • Fluent spoken and written English (B2 or higher);

Will be a plus:

  • Previous work experience as Head of Department;
  • Experience as Account Manager;
  • Previous experience with Xing, Clutch, AngelList;
  • Technical background

Responsibilities:

  • Support and improvement of processes in the Sales Department;
  • Managing Sales Team;
  • Conducting weekly sales planning meetings;
  • Mentoring of department employees;
  • Accounting of the company’s main clients and partners;
  • Formulation of indicators to achieve the company’s strategic goals;
  • Participation in the creation of marketing materials (presentation, website, case studies);
  • Research new potential sales channels;
