— 1+ year sales experience in prospecting, developing and closing leads in software development (IT);
— Proven track record of delivering consistent positive business results;
— Understanding of software development stages (Web and Mobile);
— Experience in working with UpWork, LinkedIn, email campaigns;
— Fluent in English (both speaking and writing);
— Result-driven, self-motivated, organized, and hardworking;
— Good with multitasking and time-management;
— Excellent communication and negotiations skills;
