IT Project Manager (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join team

Responsibilities:
— Efficient e2e project management from scratch (including Budget and Resource management, Risk Management and Reporting).
— Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
— Lead project planning and monitoring activities.
— Produce accurate and timely reporting of project’s status throughout its life cycle.
— Support pre-sales activities.
— Applying continuous improvement approaches in daily work.
— Determining and defining project scope and objectives.

Requirements:
— 3+ years experience of managing software development projects.
— Strong knowledge in project management, understanding of project management principles, tools, and techniques.
— Ability to work on team level & strategic level (taking a bigger picture into account).
— Strong knowledge in business, budgeting, and analysis domains.
— Proven experience working with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) methodologies.
— Good documentation skills.
— Obsessive attention to details and strong problem-solving skills.
— Strong organizational, communication and motivational skills.
— Advanced time management and analytical skills.
— Upper-intermediate verbal and written English or higher.
— Experience in managing multiple projects in parallel.
— Ability to handle client requests and escalations.
— Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Gantt Chart tools, Time Tracking tools, etc.

Will be a plus:
— Experience in business analysis, quality assurance, development.
— CSM or other Agile certifications.
— Experience in DevOps projects.
