Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and sourcing top tech talent through various channels
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates
  • Screening and interviewing candidates to ensure they align with our company culture and values
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and identify the best fit for the role
  • Managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish


  • You have at least 3 years of recruiting experience in the IT industry
  • An understanding of full-cycle recruiting components and technologies
  • Experience recruiting tech talents on different platforms
  • Strong sourcing skills
  • Knowledge of software development company functions
  • Good story-telling abilities
  • Strong motivation to manage customer expectations
  • Results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Fluency in English is a must
