About you:

Our client is looking for a Senior/Lead DevOps Engineer to take ownership of their cloud infrastructure, optimize deployment pipelines, and ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of their AI-driven security platform. You will work closely with their R&D team to build and maintain a robust infrastructure that supports the continuous evolution of AI security solutions.

About project:

Our client, a cutting-edge cybersecurity company specializing in AI product protection, is looking for an experienced Senior/Lead DevOps Engineer. Their platform enables businesses utilizing AI, GenAI, and LLMs to manage risks and secure their AI models with a native security system. The platform provides two essential functions: assessment and firewall—evaluating risks, protecting against potential attacks, analyzing threats, and providing comprehensive reporting. As an established startup with corporate clients, they are rapidly growing and expanding their impact in the AI security domain.

Your area of responsibility:

• Manage and mentor a team of 1-2 DevOps engineers, guiding best practices and technical execution;
• Lead and execute cloud infrastructure and DevOps operations across AWS and GCP;
• Oversee client-specific and SaaS deployments, ensuring seamless, secure, and scalable solutions;
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines, improving automation, testing, and deployment processes;
• Implement automated testing strategies within the DevOps lifecycle;
• Deploy and maintain containerized AI/ML models on Kubernetes (EKS/GKE);
• Optimize GPU and compute resource allocation for machine learning workloads;
• Ensure security, monitoring, and compliance in cloud environments;
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation;
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align DevOps workflows with business objectives;
• Continuously improve DevOps processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing optimizations.

Skills and requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud engineering;
• Experience managing and mentoring at least 2 DevOps engineers;
• Expertise in AWS & GCP, with deep knowledge of Kubernetes, networking, and cloud security;
• Strong experience in CI/CD automation, using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps;
• Proficiency in Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar IaC tools;
• Hands-on experience in automated testing and versioning strategies for releases.
• Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, etc.);
• Experience in managing containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm);
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud environments for performance and cost efficiency;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, solving complex DevOps challenges;
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in AI/ML model deployment and security;
• Knowledge of serverless computing and edge AI solutions;
• Previous work in cybersecurity-related domains.
