Senior Full-stack Developer (Front-end Oriented)

About project:
Our client is developing a cyber security project for the US government. You will be able to work in a team of professionals and have the opportunity to contribute to the security of the United States.

Your area of responsibility:

• Design, develop, and maintain the architecture of client-side and server-side applications;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features;
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry standards;
• Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise;
• Optimize the application for maximum performance and scalability;
• Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality;
• Continuously identify and implement ways to improve the development process.

Skills and requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
• At least 7 years of proven experience as a Full-stack Developer or similar role;
• At least 6 years of experience with JavaScript;
• At least 3 years of experience with React;
• Experience with Relational databases;
• Strong understanding of JavaScript core concepts (event loop, scopes, etc.);
• Directly collaborated with product, UX, and backend teams;
• Familiarity with deployment cycles, CI/CD, containers, etc.;
• Experience with Backend-Frontend contracts planning;
• Experience with web sockets, server-sent-events, and live communication methods;
• Familiarity with browser internals, rendering, virtual DOM, etc.;
• Experience with agile methodology, task management tools, roadmap planning, versioning, etc.;
• Fluent Ukrainian level;
• At least Intermediate English level or higher.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with any other types of DB (NoSQL, Graph DBs, etc.);
• Experience in a cyber-security organization;
• Computer science or equivalent degree;
• Experience with GraphQL server or client.
