● Search and attract IT specialists for a specific vacancy;
● Present the company to candidates;
● Review CVs and pre-screens qualified candidates;
● Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment;
● Manage and maintain our ATS while sharing regular updates with internal stakeholders;
● Manage external postings to generate viable IT professionals who meet job qualifications and cultural standards;
● Nurture relationships and keep potential candidates warm and up-to-speed for future opportunities, both externally and internally;
● Adapt CVs for customers.
