Skills and Qualifications:
— at least 6 months experience as an IT lead generator;
— at least Upper-intermediate English level: both written and spoken is a must;
— understanding of the full lead-generation process;
— excellent search and analytical skills, attention to detail, and readiness to handle the routine job;
— the ability to search and handle large amounts of information;
— strong self-organizational and time management skills;
— great communication and interpersonal skills.
It will be a plus:
— experience with different lead generation platforms;
— knowledge of SDLC process and modern technology stacks;
— willingness to grow your career within our company to Business Development/Account/Project Manager.
And last but not least, a sense of black humor and sarcasm.
Responsibilities:
You would be responsible for outbound sales prospecting:
— active search for new clients according to ideal customer profile on different resources and qualify them;
— establish active written communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings;
— managing a follow-up process;
— arranging and preparing meetings/calls with potential clients for sales managers;
— taking part in developing new approaches and implementing the best practices in lead generation;
— maintain the CRM updated: log statuses, communication insights, and notes about prospects.
— managing existing prospects: working with the needs and requests, managing objections, preparing follow-ups;
— processing inbound requests.
KPI:
— The number of scheduled calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
