The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA)
Canada’s anti-spam legislation (CASL)
5+ years of experience with Quality Assurance
Intermediate Strong and higher English level
Good understanding of Information Security
Good understanding of cloud concepts
Good understanding of SaaS web app architecture
Good verbal and written communication skills including practical experience of collaborating with Software Engineers

Researching HIPAA, PHIPA, PIPEDA, CASL acts and composing accurate requirements documents for the Telemedicine App.
Collaborating with technical employees to clarify all related HIPAA, PHIPA, PIPEDA and CASL guidelines.
Assessing the Telemedicine App for compliance with data protection regulations within HIPAA, PHIPA, PIPEDA and CASL requirements.
Currently, we’ve started with a telemedicine app (PPM Video/Audio/ Messaging Solution that provides secure, instant, and up-to-date options for online patient-doctor consultations, making prescriptions, and booking appointments)
