— 2 years experience in a similar role working with Windows operating systems inc Windows 7 −10, 2012 & 2016 server
— MS office Suite, Office 365 experience would be beneficial
— Hardware support including Dell & HP

— Primary responsibility of help-desk, telephone and mail support for server, PC, laptop, application, technical and network administration. Escalate problems not resolved to appropriate staff.
— Set up, configure and network new PCs, laptops and printers. Install and configure operating systems, software applications, and upgrades using automated install procedures.
— Generate, track, and close trouble tickets for PC, laptop, printer, server, application, technical and network support. Troubleshot, diagnose and correct Servers and PC hardware, software and peripherals problems.
— Set up and maintenance of user accounts. Handles lockouts, expired passwords, and resets of password.
— Assist with inventory of hardware, software and parts. Perform hardware and software audits as per policy. Reconcile hardware inventory and spare parts. Handles parts inventory
— Communicates to the manager issues, problems solved, work in progress, and plans for enhancements/upgrades.
— Attends one on one meetings, as well as weekly group meetings to address project plans, IT related issues and establish priorities.
