Must Haves

• 3+ years of hands-on experience working in core Java and advanced Java software development.
• Strong Programming Skills in designing and implementation of multi-tier applications using Java, JDBC, REST API.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, OOPs concepts
• Experience in working with Apache Tomcat application servers.
• Strong experience in all the phases of software development life cycle including requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation, deployment and support.
• Experience in Java design patterns.
• Experience in Industry standard Relational databases particularly Oracle, SQL Server and Postgres.
• Experience in software testing, Junit testing, regression testing, defect tracking and management·
• Experience with Search Technologies particularly Apache Lucene
• Hands-on experience with build tools and technologies, like Gradle, Jenkins, Ant, etc..
• Experience with secure development.
• Familiar with Source Control versioning, branching
• Familiar with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
