● 2+ years of experience in a technical support role;
● Experience in Web Development languages HTML, Javascript, CSS, Jquery.
● Experience with FTP tools, and debugging tools such as Firebug, Fiddler, Chrome’s Developer Tools.
● Knowledge of ad serving constituent technologies (ad server logic, ad tags, redirects, pixels and cookies).
● Exposure to online ad serving concepts (CPM/CPA/RTB/ROI).
● Experience with 3rd party ad servers (DFP, DFA, OpenX etc.), and Rich Media providers (Pointroll, Sizmek, Celtra etc.) is preferred.
● Spoken English

● Experience in the digital advertising industry
● Experience in using Excel to analyze campaign data in order to investigate issues and discrepancies.
● Experience in writing SQL for debugging campaign discrepancy issues with third parties.
● Knowledge of IAB standards, and ad operations workflow and structure.

● Identify and resolve technical issues related to ad server technology and/or ad tag implementations. Surface, investigate, communicate & drive reported issues to resolution.
● Assist with campaign-level ad QA for our proprietary ad formats.
● Testing ads on a desktop, tablet, and smartphone devices.
● Investigate and resolve campaign discrepancy issues with third parties.
● Working closely with Product Management and Engineering to troubleshoot issues related to our ad serving platform, reporting, and ad formats.
● Fix publisher-side issues using internal tools, HTML, Javascript/Jquery and CSS during publisher certification stage of our ad formats.
