— at least 1 year experience in IT Recruitment or HR Management;
— understanding of recruitment process and IT specializations (such as Developers, Data Scientists, QA, Product managers etc.);
— strong communication skills;
— good level of English (ability to communicate with foreign colleagues, partners in written form and orally).
— performing full cycle of recruitment (Search, pre-screening, interviewing, scheduling internal technical interviews, preparing job offers);
— collaboration with recruitment agency;
— organize adaptation process for newly hired employees;
— formation HR process such as motivation, adaptation, 1:1 meetings and other;
— provide support to all employees regarding all HR related issues;
— administrative tasks and organisation of day-to-day processes in the office;
— communication with suppliers.
