Results we expect from the Corporate Lawyer:

Duties:

• Successfully manage the legal processes of resolving corporate issues
• Prepare legal opinions on various issues related to the business activities of the group of companies
• Analyze foreign legislation, changes in corporate and tax law
• Provide advice on issues related to intellectual property
• Develop website documents (policies, terms and conditions, etc.) and bring existing documents in line with the legislation in force, update website documents in accordance with the requirements of local agents and regulators
• Deal with KYC issues related to opening bank accounts, registering companies, etc.
• Conduct due verification of clients and counterparties (KYC), review and verify received documentation, check sanctions, etc.
• Communicate with clients, customers, and other partners from the US and EU markets
• Provide expert support to the client/employee on legal issues within the company
• Provide legal services on corporate products to clients
• Build effective relationships with the Sales team and other departments of the company
• Create reporting analytics with final conclusions and recommendations
• Monitor corporate law market trends.

We expect from you:

• You have at least 3 years of successful experience as a corporate lawyer in an international company
• You have deep expertise in corporate law for Western markets, and experience in the US will be an advantage
• You have expertise in negotiating with business owners or decision-makers not only in the Ukrainian market
• Understanding SEO and digital in general will be an advantage
• Your English level is B2 or higher
• You know how to work in a team, be an example and support
• You have the skill of persuasion and know how to negotiate
• You show a proactive approach to work
