IGaming product is looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our team of professionals. Are you an experienced Data Analyst with a passion for data-driven decisions in the iGaming industry? If so, we invite you to join our team.

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of analytical experience, preferably in Marketing.
• Experience in the Gambling/Betting niche for 1 year or more.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in product and Marketing data analytics.
• Good understanding of key product metrics, such as LTV, conversion rates, and retention.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, BigQuery, ClickHouse).
• Experience in web analytics and tracking user behavior on websites.
• Experience in data visualization and creating clear, actionable reports.
• Familiarity with Python and basic machine learning or data processing libraries is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights using basic statistical methods.
• Team player, optimist and proactive mindset.
• Proficient level of English (both written and verbal), Ua/Ru — native/fluent level.

Main Responsibilities:

• Define key metrics and methodologies for Marketing, Affiliate and CRM analytics, align them with overall business goals, and assist in efficient decision-making.
• Strategically analyze data and develop recommendations to improve product, marketing and monetization.
• Leading the process of setting up analytics infrastructure.
• Create daily, weekly, monthly reports (their optimization and automation) with Tableau.
• Create ad‑hoc quality analytics reports that provide high level insights to Management.
• Being responsible for the transparency of data collection, reporting and visualization.
• Analyzing new features, providing conclusions and recommendations.
• Develop and implement new integrations and analytics techniques.
