IGaming product is looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible for developing and optimizing existing iGaming brands, with additional involvement in launching and shaping new brands.

This role suits a hands-on, independent, and creative product manager with a strong background in retention, CRM mechanics, analytics, and gamification, who can own initiatives end-to-end and drive measurable business results.

You will work closely with CRM, bonus, content, marketing, analytics, and tech teams, owning engagement and retention mechanics across the product.

Responsibilities:

• Own and improve retention, engagement, and gamification mechanics for existing brands
• Participate in the launch of new brands, designing engagement strategies, bonus logic, and player journeys from scratch
• Design, implement, and optimize gamification mechanics:
• missions, challenges, tournaments
• loyalty systems, levels, achievements
• reward logic and progression mechanics
• Act as Product Owner for engagement and retention-related features
• Work cross-functionally with CRM, bonus, content, marketing, analytics, and tech teams
• Define and optimize bonus policies and promotional mechanics aligned with business KPIs
• Build, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap for retention and gamification initiatives
• Analyze player behavior and product performance:
• funnels, conversion, retention, LTV, ARPU, engagement
• Run A/B tests, experiments, and iterations to improve product and retention performance
• Translate business ideas into clear product requirements and tasks for development teams
• Monitor competitors and market trends in iGaming to propose new mechanics and improvements
• Take ownership of product KPIs and results within your scope

Requirements:

• 2–4+ years of experience in product management, retention, CRM, gamification roles within iGaming
• Strong understanding of player motivation, gamification psychology, and engagement mechanics
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems, bonus engines, and promotional tools
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives without micromanagement
• Creative thinking combined with strong execution skills
• Business-oriented approach: prioritization, impact vs effort, decision-making
• Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
• Proficient level of English (both written and verbal), Ua/Ru — native/fluent level.
