Our team is constantly growing, and we’re looking for new talents to collaborate with. Currently, we are seeking an ambitious and experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team.

Requirements:

• 2 years of professional experience as IT Business Analyst;
• Experience in iGaming is a must
• Strong skill in diagram modeling (Swimlane diagram);
• Strong skill in Scrum methodology;
• Ability to write product documentation: services, APIs, Product Guides, etc;
• Awareness of Software Development Lifecycle;
• Expertise in writing user stories, and technical descriptions, including acceptance criteria;
• English at the Upper-Intermediate level.
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, user manuals, and training materials;
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and translate them into functional and technical specifications for IT teams;
• Design reporting templates and dashboards based on stakeholder specifications.
• Ensure reports align with business goals and provide actionable insights.
• Analyze and document existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements or automation using IT solutions;
• Continuously evaluate IT solutions to ensure they meet evolving business needs and make recommendations for upgrades or changes as necessary.
