As our SMM Manager, you will be responsible for creating, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns for our B2C AI service on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital advertising campaigns tailored for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Craft compelling ad copy and creative visuals
- Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Monitor campaign performance using platform-specific analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and audience engagement.
- Budget Management:
- Allocate and manage advertising budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal spend and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis:
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Conduct market and audience research to inform targeting strategies and creative direction.
- Reporting & Collaboration:
- Prepare regular performance reports and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align advertising efforts with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital advertising, with a strong focus on B2C campaigns.
- Proven success in managing and optimizing campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Proficiency with analytics and advertising management tools.
- Excellent communication, creative, and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with AI technologies or a background in tech marketing is a plus.
