Product Manager (Augmented Reality - Virtual Reality) (вакансія неактивна)

A1V Lab is seeking a highly motivated AR/VR Product Manager to lead our team in creating innovative, immersive experiences.

As the AR/VR Product Manager, you will work with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and engineers to ensure the successful launch of our products.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience as a game designer or a product manager in 3D Gaming;
2. Experience in AR/VR product development is a plus;
3. Fluent English (B2/C1 level);
4. Understanding of product development lifecycle;
5. The user-oriented approach is a must;
6. Managing the roadmap, participating in sprint planning and prioritization;
7. Constant work on hypotheses generation and validation via various test suites;
8. Strong analytical skills along with long-term thinking;
9. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
10. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
11. Location: Western Ukraine, EU.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AR/VR products;
2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify user needs and market trends;
3. Collaborate with designers, developers, and engineers to ensure the product meets the user’s requirements;
4. Manage the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch support;
5. Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the product’s success;
6. Monitor the competitive landscape and identify areas for differentiation;
7. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
