Head of Marketing

You will work in close collaboration with the product management and sales team.

Requirements:

— You have 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, SaaS.
— Experience in actively running internet marketing and have a great affinity for e-commerce and software.
— 2+ years in a team lead role in marketing
— Attention to detail
— Have the practical ability to dive into a product and promote features, use cases, and value propositions
— You are interested in current trends in content and marketing and will be able to bring new ideas to the team.
— You have been launching large-scale advertising campaigns and working with influencers.
Fluent English

Will be a plus:

— Successful eCommerce & GTM case/s in the English-speaking market/s
— Have demonstrable experience in winning market share in a competitive market
— You are a beginner or experienced in German

Responsibilities:

— You will work directly with the COO and fully own our omnichannel online presence and customer acquisition programs.
— Lead the team of the bests.
— Team management: staff acquisition, goal setting, monitoring, results analysis, business process development, and motivation.
— Create and implement a marketing strategy for our established products & new features also.
— You will set clear objectives and goals, research and define target audiences, develop omnichannel marketing strategies, and measure adoption.
— Define and control the marketing metrics
