Customer Support Manager (m/f/x) with advanced English and German (full-time) (вакансія неактивна)

Responsibilities

• Supporting German- and English-speaking customers by chat and phone by explaining to them everything related to our products.
• Updating customer details in our CRM system.
• Onboarding new customers and educating them on how to work with our products.
• Working closely with the local and international sales departments on improving services and products and delivering customers’ wishes and ideas to our development department.
• Assisting in implementing our marketing and sales campaigns.

Requirements

• Completed commercial education and motivation to receive professional experience in customer service.
• Good technical background and understanding of how IT products work.
• Advanced English and German skills — they are very important to communicate professionally with international customers, partners, and colleagues.
• Communication skills and empathy, so you can easily put yourself in the customers’ shoes and quickly clarify their concerns.
• Nothing may disturb you, even the most stressful customer.
• You are a team player who is eager to learn and likes to take responsibility.

As a plus

• Experience in dealing with Amazon professionally.
• Other language skills (French or Italian would be the cherry on the cake).
