Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (вакансія неактивна)

You have a university or college degree and professional experience in recruiting, ideally as a researcher in personnel consulting, IT-related industry or a management consultancy.
You enjoy constantly getting to know new, interesting personalities and inspiring them to join us through suitable measures within the scope of our recruiting activities.
You have excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills, work carefully and are highly reliable.
You are characterised by initiative and flexibility.
You enjoy working in a team, are familiar with different European cultures and customs and have a convincing appearance.
You communicate convincingly in spoken and written form — both in Russian and English.

Knowledge of German or another European foreign language is desirable.

As an experienced recruiter you will take responsibility for the entire recruiting process of various technical, IT related enquiries. You will be responsible for the advertisement, the communication with the candidates, the independent conduct of interviews and the preparation of the contract offer.

Advising managers on the creation of attractive job profiles and suitable recruiting strategies
Proactive recruiting of IT experts for projects at our customers
Preparation of the vacancy notice
Conducting interviews with applicants and selecting suitable candidates
Direct exchange and close coordination with the managers during the recruiting stations
Draft of the contract offer
Providing competent support during the entire project phase
Implementation of optimisations in the recruiting process
