• 4+ years of experience focused in performance marketing;
• You have experience with multiple acquisition channels, AB testing, creative testing, and landing page testing;
• You have a proven track record in a high growth business B2B/SMB business;
• You have experience scaling spend and acquiring new channels;
• You have strong analytical skills and built attribution methods;
• You are adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment;
• You are an active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows.
