Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience web design, UI/UX design, usability analysis/testing or an equivalent role. Other required skills include proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator.
Responsibilities
Define UI of a product and provide template/guidance for R&D team to implement it
Review & verify implementation from UI/usability point of view
Conceptualize designs and produce sketches, wireframes, mocks, etc. that satisfy all stakeholders.
Document UI/UX requirements and best practices for new products and existing site features.
Work as a primary analysis and design resource, supporting the user experience for a business vertical.
Maintain knowledge of evolving UX design principles and best practices.
Requirements and skills:
Ability to work independently, communicate with colleges (Product managers, R&D teams, QA, etc) around the world, without direct supervision
5+ years of experience in UI/UX design or equivalent role.
Fluency with evolving web standards and technologies, usability best practices and an interest in emerging interactive design trends.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML and CSS.
Candidate must provide portfolio of past design work.
