Sales Manager

— At least 2 years of experience in Sales IS A MUST

— Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (from upper-intermediate);

— Excellent Ukrainian written and verbal communication skills;

— Experience in finding cold leads and warming them up through LinkedIn (creating campaigns) and other platforms;

— Experience in managing teams (managing the pre-sale process, project management skills, etc);

— Proficiency in Google tools (docs, spreadsheets, etc), and project management tools (Trello), to be acquainted with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot);

— Attention to detail;

— Knowledge of selling stages and closing technics;

— Knowledge of strategies for increasing sales;

— Understanding of the software development life-cycle;

— Problem-solving skills;

— Interpersonal and communication skills;

— Perseverance and the ability to perform monotonous work;

— High level of responsibility;

— Good analytical and research skills;

— Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

— Preferable locations — Lviv, Rivne, relocate to these cities, and Poland.

— Working on full-cycle sales process — Lead Generation/ Reach-out, Lead qualification, Lead Follow-ups, Conducting the 1st call, Pre-Sale activities, Closing;

— Driving the Pre-Sale activities:

  • organizing estimations for all requests, given in CRM (collaboration with Design, Development, Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, and Project Management teams);
  • facilitating the process and boosting the time of estimation;
  • related documents preparation (excel docs, presentations, etc);
  • continuous work on improving the pre-sale process;
  • reaching the result by all means (sometimes pushing specialists for receiving the answer or the desired result);
  • proactive approach (for having results in the appropriate way with correct summary notes and with ready documents package for presentation);
  • analysing the work done and the team’s KPI for future improvement of processing time and approaches.

— Working with inbound leads on demand;

— Gain an understanding of customers’ diverse and specific business needs and apply the knowledge to meet them;

— Identify and develop new business through networking and follow-up courtesy calls;

— Develop effective sales plans using sales methodology;

— Meet sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets;

— Track, analyse, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partners and clients;

— Manage month-end and year-end close processes;

— Manage workload in order to organise and prioritise daily and weekly goals;

— Contribute to team or progress meetings to update and inform colleagues;

— Instrumental activities of daily tasks completion;

— Company bench cover with outbound project/position searches, constant work on outbound sales to gain new projects.
