— At least 1 year of experience in Sales IS A MUST

— Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (from upper-intermediate);

— Attention to detail;

— Knowledge of selling stages and closing technics;

— Knowledge of strategies for increasing sales;

— Understanding of the software development life-cycle;

— Problem-solving skills;

— Interpersonal and communication skills;

— Perseverance and the ability to perform monotonous work;

— Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

— Experience in finding cold leads and warming them up through LinkedIn (creating campaigns) and other platforms;

— Proficiency in Google tools (docs, spreadsheets, etc), to be acquainted with CRM systems

— Company bench cover with outbound project/positions searches

— Organising pre-sale estimations for all requests, given in CRM (collaboration with design, development, business analysis, quality assurance, and project management teams); facilitating the process and boosting the time of estimation; related documents preparation (excel docs, presentations etc); continuous work on the improving of pre-sale process.
