Lead Generation Specialist (вакансія неактивна)

Must-Have:

— At least 3 months of experience in Lead generation IS A MUST
— excellent English written and verbal communication skills (from upper-intermediate);
— attention to detail;
— perseverance and the ability to perform monotonous work;
— high level of responsibility;
— good analytical and research skills;
— proficient in Google tools (docs, spreadsheets, etc), to be acquainted with CRM systems

Nice to Have:

— Experience in Sales;
— Understanding of the software development life-cycle;
— Experience in finding cold leads and warming them up through LinkedIn (creating campaigns);
— Experience in automation of communication chains and processing;
— Experience finding projects outside of Upwork for teams at a higher rate;
— Outreach experience on other sources (social media channels)

Responsibilities

— Market research and lead generation processes;
— Working on chains of custom bid templates’ creation (messages ideation and implementation);
— Outbound email campaigns and outreach;
— B2B, B2C lead generation;
— Leads pre-qualification;
— Instrumental activities of daily tasks completion;
— Facilitation of negotiations with potential clients in pair with a sales manager;
— Company bench cover with outbound project/positions searches
