Must have requirements:
● 1+ years of proven experience in IT recruiting/headhunting.
● Experience in full cycle of recruitment.
● Good understanding of IT Market, tools and sourcing technologies.
● Being polite, super responsible, organized, and proactive.
● No lower than Intermediate strong level of English.
Nice to have:
● Experience working with different countries.
● Upper-intermediate level of English.
● Managing full-cycle recruiting processes of various technical positions (searching, pre-screening, interviewing, feedbacks).
● Work closely with the Recruitment Manager to set up vacancies priorities and developing the new strategy for searching/attracting candidates.
● Creating job descriptions, vacancy posting.
● Ensure a positive experience for all candidates by providing timely, accurate, and relevant feedback throughout the process.
● Sourcing candidates from different channels.
● Maintaining candidate databases.
● Management of the offering and contra-offering process.
● Participation in internal and external events.
