Responsibilities of the Business Analyst include (but are not limited to):
• taking part in discovery, design and development phases of SDLC;
• definition of business need and planning of business analysis activities for the project;
• performing stakeholder analysis (identify, engage, interview, conduct workshops and brainstorming sessions, etc.);
• analysis of the market;
• elicitation, analysis and documenting all types of requirements;
• functional decomposition of requirements;
• explaining the business context of a solution to the development team ;
• collaboration with with UI/UX designer on product usability, providing insights, and verification of results;
• feature and change requests management;
• maintaining business and software requirements documentation;
• performing of backlog refinement;
• taking an active part in setting up and improving business analysis processes in the company.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience as Business Analyst in IT;
• upper-intermediate level of English;
• Jira/Confluence experience;
• experience with creating product/feature roadmap;
• experience with selecting appropriate techniques to accomplish all common business analysis tasks;
• knowledge of business process modeling, prototyping, and diagramming tools (Lucidchart, Balsamiq, MS Visio, Draw io, Miro, etc);
• good understanding of requirements lifecycle, different estimation and prioritization techniques;
• experience with Scrum/Agile-based methodologies;
• negotiation and presentation skills;
• critical thinking and problem solving skills;
• planning and organizing, decision-making;
• experience working in a fast-paced project environment and adaptability.
