• Understanding the specifics of the IT market and how IT companies work
• Proactive attitude with a Creative can-do mindset ⚡️
• Excellent communication skills.
Nice to have:
• Knowledge in event management, real experience will be a plus;
• Business-oriented personality — good understanding of how the business environment operates;
• English — Intermediate level.
Requirements:
• Organization of internal and external events;
• Strengthen and support the company internal HR brand and internal communication;
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, increase productivity and retention;
• HR budget management;
• Office support.
