We are a team of developers who design and develop complex web services for clients from all over the world. We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team!

Requirements:

• At least 5+ years of commercial experience in IT Project management;
• Experience with Agile/Scrum process;
• Understanding of software development life cycle;
• Experience in outsource and product companies;
• Experience in SaaS projects;
• Experience in travel projects;
• Practical experience in using project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.);
• Experience in people management practices;
• Upper-intermediate English level;
• Good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Will be a plus:

• Technical background;
• Knowledge in marketing and SEO;
• Knowledge of SPA projects peculiarities.

Responsibilities:

• Management of scope, budgets, and timeline of one or several projects;

• Interaction with the development team during the project implementation;
• Managing project risks;
• Creating and maintaining PM Project Documentation;
• Providing accurate and timely information, data, and reports regarding the project status, activities, and performance;
• Impeccable communication with Clients — managing and meeting their expectations;
• Provide leadership and mentoring to project development teams;
• Resolving any conflicts within the team and in client-team communication;
• Participate actively in company-wide process improvement initiatives.
