At least a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related discipline
Some coding/scripting experience, so that you can communicate effectively with developers
Prioritization skills, to balance complex and sometimes conflicting requirements
3 or more years in an industry-related role, such as technical support, system administration or product development
Fluency in English
Some experience of delivering presentations or training
Some background in content management, publishing, or XML
Some experience of interacting with Marketing departments
Agile product owner experience
Understanding of technical writing principles, including planning, project management, editing and publishing.
Experience of working with Agile teams
Understanding of how to communicate customer needs and expectations to various internal stakeholders

Leading continuous market research and assessment activities to ensure the team is aligned to the market opportunities, and able to react quickly to changing market dynamics.

Facilitating demos at the ends of sprints and product iterations (PIs)

In the Scaled Agile Framework, the Product Owner serves as the customer proxy to the Agile team. Working as part of the Product Management team, they own, define and prioritize the team backlog, establish story acceptance criteria, drive content via prioritized user stories, obtain customer validation and accept stories, ensuring that the solution effectively addresses overall program priorities while maintaining technical integrity.
This role is for a senior Product Owner who can work independently, interfacing with other Product Owners, Product Managers, Cross-Functional Team members, and internal and external customers at every level.
