2+ years experience in a BA role with a software company or bank;
Basic Payment Domain knowledge, experience in the functional flow of payment transaction processing are must-have;
Knowledge of principles, processes, phases, and roles of application development methodologies;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Skill in understanding and focusing on the client needs;
Ability to communicate in a clear and concise professional manner, tailored to the appropriate audience; including both verbal and written communications;
Upper-intermediate level of English.
We are looking for a Business Analyst responsible for:
be a liaison between the technical team and internal business units;
manage requirements elicitation and documentation, create Functional Specifications and Technical Specifications for use in the level of effort estimation, feature development, and test case development;
prepare documents, user’s manual, description of existing business processes;
work with the development team to develop and execute plans to test and validate systems/applications and business requirements;
be accountable for the result of all assigned projects;
communicate the project status to the top management.
