SDC Verifier is a Dutch company with offices in Haarlem (The Netherlands), Lviv (Ukraine), and Krakow (Poland). Our team provides solutions for automation, simplification, effectiveness, and safety of structural analysis worldwide.

Since 2009, our product — SDC Verifier has been widely used in various projects in multiple industries, such as Oil & Gas, Offshore & Marine, Heavy Lifting, Civil Engineering, Machinery Equipment, Aerospace.

We enable innovation by delivering a tool for structural verification according to industry rules and regulations, helping to automate routine engineering work and ensure structural safety at the lowest cost, as well as optimize the design of various complexity, including ships, cranes, oil platforms, heavy equipment, aircraft and parts of all types and shapes.

Using the most powerful Finite Element Analysis solutions (such as ANSYS, Femap, and Simcenter 3D) and our code-checking software SDC Verifier, we make the world safer and engineers happier.

We are looking for a Customer support manager who will join our Lviv or Krakow-located team with a hybrid work schedule (office and remote).
Please note, we will consider candidates who are physically located in Lviv or Krakow.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Has work experience in a similar position from 1 year
  • Responsible and organized
  • Able to find a common language with different people
  • Experienced in working with different people
  • Able to make decisions and take responsibility, with no need for micro-management
  • Openminded, adaptable to changes, and has a friendly attitude
  • English level Upper Intermediate and above (both oral and written)
  • Experienced in MS office
  • Engineering experience or education would be a plus

What duties are expected:

  • Responsible for ensuring excellent customer experience (channels — mail, phone, ticket system).
  • Collect and prioritize customers’ feedback.
  • Work closely with the engineering and the software dev teams.
  • Documenting the knowledge.
  • Help our team continue delivering new software features based on the collected feedback.
