•3+ years experience managing a team 3+ size;
•Software engineering experience in Ruby/Ruby on Rails — 3 years;

•Lead Large Scale Web Product Development. It will include architecture planning, team leading, recruitment of new team members, deployment and development.
•Day to day work:
-Technical leadership of novel web product.
-Work with the product manager to define product requirements, architecture and roadmap.
-Build and manage a development team in agile methodology.
-Define development tasks with clear estimation of required resources and timeframes.
-Organise team members work — answer questions, reformulate questions and provide alternatives to the product owner.
•Lead the most crucial or complicated tasks hands-on.
•Hands-on control over deployments.
•After hours and on call responsibilities when required.
