Up to 1 year of sourcing experience in IT (preferred);
Good written and verbal communication skills both in English and Russian (Ukrainian);
Ability to switch dynamically between tasks and positions, to prioritize them and meet deadlines;
Solid verbal and written communication skills.

Source candidates through various channels (Linkedin, (of course:), job boards, networking, employee referrals, internet searches etc.);
Work closely with your Senior Recruiter, use different sourcing techniques to guarantee a pipeline of active candidates;
Maintain candidate database.
