We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team!
ScrumLaunch is looking for a Recruiter who will help improve and drive our recruitment process. We are an american company of approximately 160 people in Ukraine and we are expanding steadily, so we need someone to support this growth.
You will have a possibility to help optimize our existing processes and build new ones. We will give you a unique opportunity to manage your professional challenges and take the responsibility.
Within this role, you will be responsible for attracting candidates, including sourcing qualified candidates by using job boards, social media, and other tools.
— 1+ year experience in IT sourcing/recruiting;
— Strong organizational skills with attention to detail;
— Strong communication skills;
— Experience in full recruiting cycle: well managed and structured process of hiring;
— Experience in conducting interviews (HR interviews online / office);
— General technical background (understanding of basic web software development languages);
— Ability to multitasking;
— Well-versed in modern recruitment tools;
— Good working knowledge of Google Services (Gmail, Drive, Meet, etc.);
— English level Upper Intermediate or higher.
Will be a plus:
— Experience of conducting interviews in English.
— Managing the full cycle of recruiting (screening resumes / conducting online interviews / interviews in the office);
— Source candidates through various channels (Linkedin, job boards, social media, employee referrals, internet searches, etc.);
— Maintain candidates’ database;
— Internal reporting;
— Improve skills and participate in full recruitment life cycle.
