We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and work full time (Kharkiv).

ScrumLaunch is a software development company that works closely with fast growing US startups across many industries. The company is based in Los Angeles, CA and Portland, OR. The company is hiring a Project Manager who will play a key role in onboarding new clients, ensuring clear communication between internal team members and clients and defining processes and operations to help the company scale effectively. This person will work directly with the company founders and software team leaders. The most important requirements for the job are strong interpersonal skills and a desire to continuously learn and develop as a professional. There will never be a boring day in this job.

REQUIREMENTS:

— 1,5+ years of PM hands-on experience;
— Experience in managing multiple projects in a changing environment;
— Proficiency with Scrum, Kanban;
— Proven experience in the development of project workflows;
— Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment;
— Experience with Web and Mobile technologies;
— Experience with project management software preferred (Trello, Asana, JIRA, etc.);
— English Level: Upper-Intermediate/ Advanced.

Обов’язки

RESPONSIBILITIES:

— Start new projects and establish efficient PM processes for new teams;
— Help with improving the PM processes for existing projects;
— Take responsibility and tailor the best solution in terms of budget/scope/time;
— Troubleshoot and conflict resolutions;
— Be flexible to stay in touch with customers from PST/EST time zones;
— Manage people and build strong, trustful relations with clients/stakeholders;
— Manage and meet client’s expectations;
— Onboarding new team members.
