Fanteam is part of Scout Gaming Group, and is Europe’s biggest dedicated, real-money Daily Fantasy Sports site. As a Brand Manager, you will be a big part of our journey towards it’s ambitious targets.

You will have a lot of freedom to develop the Fanteam brand with your own vision, and lead the execution of creative marketing strategies. This role is both for a strategic thinker with a highly analytical mind able to translate data into actionable insight.



  • Build and deploy a multi-channel marketing plan according to the available budget
  • Development and ongoing optimisation of CRM, Content and Affiliate marketing channels
  • Identification, negotiation and implementation of all marketing campaigns
  • Closely track and manage the marketing budget and all marketing operating expenses
  • Weekly reporting on marketing campaigns performance, KPIs and ROI
  • Strict control of marketing channel performance and optimisation
  • Focus on hitting agreed user acquisition and retention targets
  • Heavy focus on improving acquisition costs, retention metrics and CLTV
  • Ongoing review and optimisation of the product offering based on target audience
  • Growth of the Fanteam brand and user base in multiple target markets


  • Strategic development of the Fanteam brand and product in line with group objectives
  • Delegation of required product and feature improvements to product and dev teams
  • Management and scheduling of product and feature developments
  • Ensuring product and feature developments are delivered according to strict deadlines


  • Development of the Fanteam user proposition, target audience and user experience
  • Regular reporting of progress and performance to CCO, CEO and the board
  • Ensuring a high level of accountability for Fanteam’s commercial and product performance

What you’ll bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the iGaming sector with marketing and / or brand responsibility
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing budgets and conversion funnels
  • Ability to analyze performance, interpret and communicate clearly to executives
  • Solid knowledge of analytical tools (e.g. Excel, Google Analytics etc.)
  • Very strong research and analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
  • Very strong understanding of industry KPIs and performance analysis
  • Excellent leadership, project-management, and time-management skills
  • Fluent level of English language

Preferred but not essential:

  • Previous experience and good understanding of Fantasy Sports
  • iGaming specific Marketing experience
