Обов’язки

— Provide timely and quality customer support;
— Bridging communication between the R’n’D team and our game community;
— Being the first point of contact for our VIP players;
— Respond to tickets in a helpdesk tool, reply to comments on Facebook, Instagram, Store reviews;
— Develop and maintain knowledge-base document and templates;
— Day-to-day communication with the development team;
— Escalation of the issues to QA, devs when required;
— Active participation in all of the processes related to the game;
— Sending reports to the game management with the overview of problems and issues that players are facing;
