Middle PHP Developer (вакансія неактивна)

As a Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web products, and APIs. You will help keep existing eCommerce architecture and write new applications and services for users that are making their purchases online. You will work closely with the Support Team and other engineering teams to implement the company’s business initiatives.

We are working on a platform eCommerce ecosystem that serves around 2 million people in the US. The project has around 15 different applications running(and growing) in order to create the best experience for our customers as well as owners of a business. Market expansion and new features/services are the main priority for the company right now, so we are always looking for motivated people to join a team to serve incoming market demand.

Skills And Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional engineering experience
• Strong understanding of data flow in the HTTP protocol
• Proficiency in PHP
• Experience with Magento 2 platform is highly desired ( or at least the Zend framework )
• Understanding of MVC pattern and EAV data model
• Good knowledge of Laravel/Symfony frameworks (one or two of those)
• Experience with raw PHP coding (without frameworks, legacy code)
• Experience with MySQL, Redis
• Strong Git and GitHub skills
• REST API Development
• Strong communication skills (ask questions, propose solutions, teamwork!)
• Ability to learn quickly (fast learner)
• English level — A2-B1

Nice To Have

• HTML5, CSS3, LESS
• Knockout.JS
• NodeJs
• TypeScript, React, Redux
• MongoDB
• Familiarity with principles of good user experience and data-driven decision making
• Experience in maintaining OpenSource projects will be a huge plus
• Knowledge of other Programming Languages
