We are looking for an experienced Project/Product Manager to lead our dynamic projects from conception to launch. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, guiding a team of developers, and ensuring alignment with our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects within the AI, Healthcare, and E-commerce domains.
• Manage several projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO, CTO, and other stakeholders to align project objectives with business goals.
• Utilize management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban) to optimize project delivery and team performance.
• Ensure clear communication of project statuses, risks, and outcomes to all stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and techniques.
• Utilize Jira and other project management tools to track progress, manage tasks, and facilitate team collaboration.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in project/product management, preferably in the IT sector.
• Proven track record of managing projects from inception to launch.
• Experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of business models and objectives, particularly in the IT domain.
• Proficient in management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Expertise in Jira and familiarity with other project management tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
