We’re looking for a driven and skilled Data Engineer to join our client’s team while working on the Strategy Operating System. This system has the potential to scale across industries, allowing B2B companies to significantly enhance performance through data-driven decision-making.

As a Data Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the core product. You’ll integrate diverse datasets into client workflows, identifying common patterns across implementations to create a scalable SaaS solution. As the product matures, you’ll contribute to designing and developing the client’s data platform.

Requirements

— 3–4+ years of hands-on data engineering experience.

— A background in startups or an eagerness to embrace the dynamic environment of a fast-scaling tech company.

— The ability to transform complex business needs into clean, efficient, and maintainable data pipelines.

— *Strong proficiency in PySpark, Python, and SQL fundamentals.

— Experience contributing to and working within complex, shared repositories.

Would be a plus:

— Familiarity with front-end development, JavaScript, and API design.

— Experience with tools such as Airflow, DBT, and Databricks.

— Exposure to Enterprise Resource Planning systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) or CRM platforms.
