— 2+ years of software delivering experience in a consumer-facing role;
— English knowledge at an Advanced level;
— Knowledge and expertise in strategic planning, risk management of IT-projects;
— Strong working proficiency with Waterfall and Agile methodologies;
— Stakeholder management and negotiation competency;
— Aptitude for effectively interact between technical and/or non-technical sides;
— Knowledge of techniques and tools as JIRA.

— PMP, PMI ACP;
— Scrum or Scrum Alliance Certified;

— Determine and manage projects cost and scope;
