— More than 3 years of experience in testing complex web-applications;
— Understanding of Agile (Scrum) methodology, experience within Scrum-teams;
— Experience in running demos;
— Solid knowledge of technology and methods of testing;
— Experience in writing documentation (test cases, test plans, reports, etc.);
— Ability to communicate directly with the client;
— Upper-intermediate English level (or higher).

— Review and analyze requirements;
— Design the QA strategy according to business requirements;
— Introduce QA processes to SDLC;
— Create test cases upon requirements; maintain and create other test documentation (Traceability matrix, test suites, test plans, etc.);
— Perform manual testing;
— Collaborate with the product owner and the engineering team;
— Prepare test data for UAT and guide clients through it.
