We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head of Product to work alongside our leadership, product and engineering teams.
Scalr is the leader in Terraform Automation and Collaboration Software. Our product enables customers of any size to scale their Terraform usage across their entire organization. This role is crucial in ensuring we remain the leader in the space, as we continue to grow and scale the product and organization.

About The Role
The Head of Product will be the person developing and delivering on a product-led vision for the acquisition, activation, monetization, retention and expansion of our customers through the delivery of an easy-to-use and developer-centric product offering. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading the product discovery process, acting as the voice of the customer, and strategically designing a product that helps our customers have a great SaaS experience in their production infrastructure management.
As a product-led growth company, this role will directly affect and relate to the majority of company goals / Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

Responsibilities:
🔹 Expand on and develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company’s vision and market opportunities.
🔹 Ensure delivery of a clear and prioritized product backlog & roadmap aligned to product and company objectives to internal and external stakeholders
🔹 Provide leadership and mentorship to the product management team, driving continuous improvement and fostering a high-performing product organization
🔹 Work cross-functionally to ensure that Product Marketing activities are successfully delivered and user adoption of capabilities & features remains high
🔹 Establish and track product-specific OKRs to measure outcomes
🔹 Foster and build a product culture of customer obsession, psychological safety and innovation across the organization

Requirements:
🔹 6+ years building products using modern product management techniques
🔹 2+ years of experience in a leadership role & managing people
🔹 B2B experience
🔹 Experience in building Software as a Service (SaaS) products
🔹 Building products with a product-led growth strategy
🔹 Experience and a desire to work within Agile development environments
🔹 A desire to grow and scale processes, methodologies and teams to create an efficient product organization
🔹 Experience and a desire to use data to drive decision-making in product including the requisite skills
🔹 Communication — verbal and written in an ambiguous complex environment to various stakeholders both internally and externally.
🔹 English — advanced/fluent level
🔹 A willingness to switch between strategic and tactical on a week-to-week basis

Nice to haves:
🔹 Usage-based pricing

🔹 Experience building a developer/engineering-centric product
🔹 Experience building internal developer platforms or similar
